Bahrain condemns terrorist attack on military compound near Mogadishu International Airport in Somalia

Manama, Mar. 24 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain strongly condemned the terrorist attack on the Hallan military compound, which comprises the United Nations mission and foreign diplomatic missions near Mogadishu International Airport in the Federal Republic of Somalia. The attack resulted in a number of deaths and injuries. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, the government and the Somali people, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured. It affirmed the Kingdom’s support to Somalia in its efforts to root out terrorism and dry up its sources of funding.
