TURKISH FOREIGN MINISTER VISITS ALLEY OF HONORS IN BAKU
Baku, May 26 (AzerTAc). Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu visited Tuesday the Alley of Honors in Baku to lay a wreath at the tomb of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev.
He also put flowers at the grave of outstanding ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
Then, the Minister visited the Alley of Martyrs where he paid tribute to Azerbaijani victims who died for the independence and territorial integrity of their country.
Ahmet Davutoglu laid wreaths at the “Eternal Fire” monument and the monument commemorating Turkish martyrs.
