It stressed the importance of peace, coexistence, security and renunciation of violence as the basis to build a better future.
The committee voiced keenness the International Day of Conscience, which is observed on April 5 in response to an initiative by Bahrain, would constitute a new constructive way to mobilize the international community’s efforts to promote peace and security and achieve the sustainable development goals.
The committee asserted that celebrating the International Day of Conscience is in tune with the kingdom’s trend to foster the concept of international conscience as a humanitarian catalyst to solve issues facing mankind at the present time. It called for appointing ambassadors for international conscience to motivate human conscience to solve issues.
