HCT approves tenders of eight development projects

SANA'A, May 27 (Saba)- Higher Committee for Tenders approved on
Wednesday eight tenders of development projects in field of dams,
electricity, fisheries wealth, local administration, sanitation at
sum of YR 3 billion

The committee approved tenders of building a dam in Abyan
governorate at sum of $ 3.7 million financed by Abu Dhabi Fund for
Development and other dam in Hajjah governorate at YR 196 million
financed by fund of encouraging agricultural and fisheries
production .It also approved the tender related to the consultative
services for supervising on implementation of second Marib Gas
Station at capacity of 400 MGW at a total cost of $ 2.3 million.

The project of the station would be funded by the Arab Fund for
Economic Development. The committee delayed other issues to discuss
it in its coming meetings.
