Kyrgyzstan introduces temporary ban on export of sugar

Bishkek / Kabar /. The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan introduced a temporary ban on the export of granulated sugar and raw cane sugar from the country for a period of six months. The corresponding decision was made during the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. According to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, the decision was taken in order to exclude the possibility of mass export of sugar from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, ensure the country's food security and contain prices in the sugar market.
