Preparations of setting up Talal al-Ryan project to be discussed

SANA'A, May 31 (Saba)- A Yemeni-Qatari meeting would be started in coming two days
in Sana'a to discuss final perpetrations for setting up Talal al-Rayan project,
Board Chairman of Holding Company for Real Estate Development and Investment
(Shibam), Saad Sabrah said on Sunday.

Sabrah told Saba that a delegation of Qatari al-Dyar Company would arrive next
Monday in Yemen for several days visit in which the delegation would hold talks with
Yemeni officials represented by Shibam company and other concerned bodies of
investment in the country.

He added that this visit comes within continuing coordination between the Yemeni
government represented by Shibam Company and the Qatari government represented by
the al-Dyar company to discuss executive steps to carry out the project of Talal
al-Ryan at Faj Atan region of Sana'a city at sum of $ 560 million.

The project of Talal Al-Ryan includes five-star hotel, a conferences center, sports
and tourist facilities, housing units and commercial buildings.

Sabrah said that the delegation would also get aquatinted with climate and
opportunities of the investment in Yemen.
