Hyundai Motor's auto sales fall 0.4 pct in May

SEOUL, June 1 (Yonhap) -- Hyundai Motor Co., South Korea's largest automaker,
said Monday its vehicle sales fell 0.4 percent in May, hit by weak overseas
demand.

Hyundai sold 250,441 units last month with exports declining 4.8 percent to
186,723 units, while domestic sales rose 15.4 percent to 63,718 units, the
company said in a regulatory filing.
