HRH Crown Prince, Prime Minister of Iraq Review Bilateral Ties and Opportunities for Cooperation

Jeddah, Jul 16, 2022, SPA -- His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister met here late Friday with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq Mustafa Al-Kadhimi. During the meeting, the bilateral relations and promising cooperation opportunities between the two fraternal countries were reviewed, in addition to exchanging views on a number of regional issues. The meeting was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy; Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; the Minister of Commerce Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi and the Saudi Ambassador to Iraq Abdulaziz Al-Shamri. From the Iraqi side, the meeting was attended by the Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein; Oil Minister Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar Ismail; Trade Minister Dr. Alaa Ahmed Hassan and Iraq's Ambassador to the Kingdom Dr. Abdul Sattar Hadi Al-Janabi. --SPA
