AZERI PREMIER MEETS GEORGIAN COUNTERPART

Baku, June 1 (AzerTAc). Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Artur Rasizade has today met with his Georgian counterpart Nika Gilauri.
Rasizade said relationship between Azerbaijan and Georgia was at a strategic level. He particularly praised trade cooperation between the two countries.
According to him, the two countries` leaders have made huge contributions to expansion of bilateral ties.
He noted development of bilateral relations have positive impact on general situation in region.
Nika Gilauri, in turn, said as a Prime Minister of Georgia he made his first visit to Baku. According to him, Azerbaijan has always helped Georgia during its hard times.
He also pointed out the two countries carry out global projects in energy, transport and other spheres which are important for both the region and Europe.
