Rural Housing Construction Stepped up in DPRK

Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- All provinces of the DPRK concentrate their efforts on accomplishing the task for the first year of rural housing construction. North Hamgyong Province finished ground digging and concrete tamping for 2 000-odd dwelling houses and accelerated framework construction. South Hamgyong Province has conducted agitprop and other field political works to arouse the builders' enthusiasm. The framework of a hundred and tens of dwelling houses was finished in the main in Jangchon-ri, Hwangju County of North Hwanghae Province. A demonstration show for rural housing construction was recently given in Solbong-ri, Kosan County of Kangwon Province. -0-
