CHAIRMAN OF AZERBAIJAN CENTRAL ELECTION COMMISSION TO VISIT LATVIA
Baku, June 2 (AzerTAc). Chairman of Azerbaijan`s Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov will leave for Latvia Saturday.
Panahov will observe elections to the European Parliament and self-government bodies.
During the visit, Panahov will also meet his Latvian counterpart Arnis Cimdars to discuss prospects for cooperation between the two countries` electoral authorities.
Panahov will be accompanied by head of CEC`s international relations department Rovzat Gasymov.
