S. Korea's June FIFA ranking remains at 46th
SEOUL, June 3 (Yonhap) -- South Korea held steady in the world men's football
rankings for June released by FIFA Wednesday, even though the country obtained 13
more points than in the previous month.
South Korea took 46th place for the third-highest ranking in Asia, following
Australia in 29th and Japan in 31st place.
North Korea ranked 106th, the same as in May.
In the official list of 201 nations on FIFA's Web site, the "Invincible Armada"
of Spain kept its top position for the 12th month in a row, followed by the
Netherlands.
