Yemen, UK agree to improve judicial performance



SANA'A, June 03 (Saba) - Yemen agreed Wednesday with the United
Kingdom to provide experts in the field of judicial Arab and
international experience within a program funded by the British
Development Ministry for judicial reforms in Yemen.

Minister of Justice Ghazi al-Aghbari held talks with the
representative of Judicial Reform Program in Yemen on the importance
of providing professional experts in the judicial field to
strengthen the judicial reforms process in the country.

The minister affirmed Yemen's keenness to benefit from the donor
support in the area of reforms program in Yemen, particularly the
judiciary fields.

For his part, the UK representative affirmed his country's keenness
to provide assistance to Yemen in all fields including judiciary,
saying his country is keen to implement the program in accordance
with the requirements of the Justice Ministry matrix.
