STATE MARITIME ADMINISTRATION`S DELEGATION ATTENDS 86TH SESSION OF IMO`S MARITIME SAFETY COMMITTEE
Baku, June 5 (AzerTAc). Chief of Azerbaijan State Maritime Administration Gudrat Gurbanov and his accompanying delegation are attending the 86th session of the International Maritime Organization`s Maritime Safety Committee in London.
The session bringing together representatives from 160 countries focuses on LRIT-related matters, measures to enhance maritime security, new ship construction standards, ship design and equipment and other issues.
The event will last until June 6.
