US AMBASSADOR TO AZERBAIJAN ENDS HER DIPLOMATIC MISSION
Baku, 5 June (AzerTAc). The US Ambassador to the Azerbaijan Republic Anne Derse ends her diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan.
Terry Davidson, the head of the public relations department of the US Embassy in Baku said the White House is going to nominate Mrs. Anne Derse as the ambassador of the United States to Lithuania. She has to be nominated officially by the President of the United States, and then approved by the Senate. Mrs. Anne Derse is supposedly to leave Azerbaijan in summer.
Ambassador A. Derse has been working in Azerbaijan since 2006.
