Doha, October 13 (QNA) - HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HE President Dr. Abdul Latif Rashid, on the occasion of his election and taking the constitutional oath as President of the sisterly Republic of Iraq. (QNA)
