Qatar's Education Minister Inaugurates Visual Arts Creators Exhibition, School Theater Festival

Doha, October 18 (QNA) - HE Minister of Education and Higher Education Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi inaugurated today the 5th edition of the exhibition for the creators of visual arts and the 3rd edition of the school theater festival, which was held at the Abdulaziz Nasser theater in Souq Waqif, attended by a number of senior officials of the ministry, school principals and parents. Her Excellency took an inspection tour of the exhibition, reviewing the various participating artworks, listening to detailed explanation from the curators of the exhibition and the participating students with their artworks, expressing her admiration for all the artworks participating in the exhibition. Alongside the exhibition, HE the minister also attended the school theater festival in its 3rd edition. The opening ceremony began with the national anthem of the State of Qatar, and then a recitation from the Quran. The ministry's senior officials addressed the audience on the role of culture, arts, and sports for the society, and honored the partners, supporting parties and the administration of Abdulaziz Nasser theatre.
