4th Saudi plane arrives in Pakistan carrying relief humanitarian

Islamabad, June 05, SPA --The 4th Saudi plane, laden with relief and
humanitarian materials for displaced persons in Pakistan's Swat
valley and the surrounding areas in Malakend province in the Frontier
Province, North West Pakistan, landed here today.
In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency, the Saudi Embassy's
Chief of Protocol in Islamabad Majed bin Ahmed Abu Ashieey who handed
over the aid to the Pakistani side said that this flight of
humanitarian aid, which was ordered by the Custodian of the Two Holy
Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for the internally
displaced brothers in Pakistan is the fourth shipment consisting a
total of six hundred tons of aid, including 97 tons of relief
materials.
For his part, Pakistani Col. Ahmed Mahmoud, Deputy Director of
Military Logistics, who received the aid, expressed thanks to and
appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Government
of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its people for their help and
assistance to their Pakistani brothers in hard times.
