All papers unanimously agreed that HH the Amir's speech on Tuesday will address the country's local policies, future priorities in various sectors, and Qatar's positions on various regional and international issues. The speech of His Highness is of exceptional importance in its timing before the start of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 tournament next month, preparing to receive football fans from all over the world, and charting the way for the rest of the decisive stations in the next eight years to achieve Qatar National Vision 2030, the papers stressed. Al-Sharq newspaper said in its editorial that HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on Tuesday will patronize the opening of the second ordinary session of the Shura Council, confirming HH the Amir's keenness and support for this pioneering national institution, as the Council prepares to start a new phase in its legislative process to contribute to supporting national development efforts and enhancing public participation in decision-making.
