AZERBAIJAN PRODUCED NEARLY 900m cm OF GAS IN MAY
Baku, June 7 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan produced 881,665,147 cubic meters of gas last month, according to the country`s state oil firm, SOCAR.
Over 60 percent of the total volume of the gas produced was extracted by SOCAR, while the rest nearly 40 percent by the Azerbaijan International Operating Company, a consortium of petroleum companies.
The country has produced a total of about 5 billion cubic meters of gas in the first five months of the year.
