International Delegation Visits Qatar Foundation to Learn about Accessible Services for People with Disabilities

Doha, November 02 (QNA) - Members of the international community of the deaf and hard of hearing visited Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, to get acquainted with the accessible services provided by the Foundation for people with disabilities during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, and how this is reflected in its programs and events. The delegation, which included representatives of organizations that support the deaf and hard of hearing, was able to take a closer look at Qatar Foundation's efforts and endeavors to build more inclusive societies, and to learn about the Foundation's efforts also in the field of education, and explore Qatar Foundation's (QF) Ability Friendly Program, which provides comprehensive sports opportunities for the community. The delegation was also briefed on a number of centers and entities located in Education City, including Qatar National Library (QNL). (QNA)
