Integrating Yemen in GCC State's economies discussed



RIYADH, June 07(Saba) - Yemen and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)
discussed in Riyadh on Sunday the steps to integrate Yemen's economy
into economies of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States' through
supporting Yemeni development process.

Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi held talks with GCC
Secretary-General Abdul Rahman al-Attiyah on the agenda of 4th joint
meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of GCC States and Yemen to
be held on Monday in Riyadh.

The Minister talked with the Secretary-General on issues of the 4th
meeting's agenda, particularly the issue of assimilating Yemeni
qualified labour in the Gulf markets.

The meeting's agenda includes several issues relating to promoting
the partnership and cooperation between Yemen and GCC States as well
as evaluating the cooperation process during the previous period and
its future prospects, the Minister added.
