Qatar 2022: Japanese Team Begins Training in Doha to Prepare for First Match Against Germany

Doha, November 13 (QNA) - The Japanese national team began its training in Doha for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 in preparation for its first match against Germany. The Japanese team will continue its preparations this week to adapt to Doha's environment. The Japanese national team is scheduled to train on Monday and Tuesday at Al Sadd Club Stadium. The Japanese team will open its World Cup matches in Group E against Germany on Nov. 23, before facing Costa Rica on Nov. 27, and concluding its group matches on Dec.1 against Spain. In World Cup Russia 2018, the Japanese team managed to bypass the group stage and reach the round of 16 before losing 2-3 against the Belgian team. (QNA)
