WORLD ASSOCIATION OF PRESS COUNCILS TO HOLD ANNUAL MEETING IN ISTANBUL

Baku, 9 June (AzerTAc). The World Association of Press Councils (WAPC) today starts its 2-day annual meeting in Istanbul, Turkey. Chairman of the Azerbaijan Press Council Aflatun Amashov will attend the meeting. The meeting is to focus on state of freedoms of speech and press in the world, self-regulation methods of mass media, as well as the existent problems.
Chairman of the Azerbaijan Press Council Aflatun Amashov is expected to address the meeting.
