Speaker of Shura Council Meets British Parliamentarians

Doha, November 24 (QNA) -HE Speaker of the Shura Council Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim met Thursday with HE Member of Parliament for North East Hampshire Ranil Jayawardena, and HE Member of the House of Lords of the United Kingdom Baroness Sayeeda Warsi, who are currently visiting the Country. During the meeting, they discussed a number of topics pertaining to the promotion of the cooperation relations between Qatar and United Kingdom in the parliamentary field. The British parliamentarians expressed their great admiration for the renaissance and progress the State of Qatar is witnessing in various fields, praising the distinguished organization of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
