Verdict to be announced on accused with terrorist acts in Yemen on

SANA'A June 09 (Saba) - The Primary Court in Sana'a decided
that July 13 to be the date to announce verdict on 11 Yemenis, 4
Syrians and 1 Saudi of a Yemeni origin accused with terrorist acts
during 2007-2008.

In the meeting which was chaired by Judge Mohsen Alwan, head of the
court, the judge listened to the final proceedings from
representative of General Prosecutor who renewed that the suspects
carried out criminal acts in Hadhramout, Aden, Shabwa, Mareb and
Sana'a city including foreign and Yemeni security institutions.

Those acts resulted to the killing of Spanish and Belgian tourists
along with their Yemeni tour guides and a number of security
individuals and other injuries.
