Saudi Official Chairs ASBU`s 81st Session in Tunis

Tunis, June 10, SPA -- The Under Secretary of the Saudi Ministry of
Culture and Information (MCI) for engineering affairs, Dr. Riyadh Bin
Kamal Najm, who is also the President of The Arab States Broadcasting
Union (ASBU) chaired here today the 81st session of ASBU's Executive
Council.

Delegates of 13 member states of the Executive Council are attending
the two-day session.

The session is focusing on review of a number of reports on ASBU's
activities during the last period including the activity of the Arab
Center for the exchange of news and programs in Algeria and the Arab
Center for the training for radio and television in Damascus as well
as several other administrative, financial and technical issues.
