AZERBAIJAN TO MARK WORLD REFUGEE DAY
Baku, June 11 (AzerTAc). June 20 – the World Refugee Day, under the motto “Real people, real needs” will be marked here on June 18 at the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Hall.
The event will bring together Azerbaijani governmental officials, representatives of diplomatic corps, international and local humanitarian organizations and mass media.
According to Azerbaijan Cabinet of Ministers` Department for Problems of Refugees and IDPs, migration and work with international organizations, the country has 300.000 refugees and 700.000 IDPs.
