President Saleh visits Badr Camp

ADEN, June 10 (Saba) - President Ali Abdullah Saleh paid a visit on
Wednesday to Badr camp in Aden governorate.

He got acquainted with the soldiers' conditions and the training
programs in the camp, congratulating them on the 19th anniversary of
Unification Day.

"The armed forces and security institution is the safety valve of
unification", said Saleh, praising the sacrifices presented by this
national institution during its struggle history.

The President expressed his satisfaction for the soldiers' high
morals, which reflect the level the military institution has reached
in its development process and the care given by the state for
strengthening its defend and security abilities.

Saleh reaffirmed on the necessity of carrying out the training
programs, tactical projects as well as exerting more efforts in this
field to enable this institution to perform its duties sufficiently.

He indicated the leadership's interest in the qualitative and
advanced building of this big national institution, which is the
nation unity's symbol, wishing good luck and success for all
soldiers.
