Doha, January 25 (QNA) - HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HE Chris Hipkins, on the occasion of his taking of the constitutional oath as Prime Minister of New Zealand. (QNA)
