L.A CITY COUNCIL DECIDES TO MARK REPUBLIC DAY OF AZERBAIJAN YEARLY

Baku, June 10 (AzerTAc). The Los-Angeles City Council has decided to mark 28 May, Azerbaijan Republic Day every year. According to the council`s document, during years of independence, Azerbaijan`s economy has developed and the country became more attractive for foreign investment.
The decision was endorsed on May 27, 2009 by Los-Angeles mayor, 15 Council members, justice official and treasurer
