Governor of Al-Madinah inspects quake-stricken area

Al-Eis, Saudi Arabia, June 12, SPA -- Prince Abdulaziz bin Majed bin
Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah Region, paid an
inspection tour today of the earthquake-hit center of El-Eis,
northwards of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.

During the inspection visit, Prince Abdulaziz bin Majed bin
Abdulaziz confirmed the interest of the government of the Custodian
of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown
Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of
Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, and Prince Naif bin
Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior in
solving the problem of Al-Eis people who were displaced because of
the latest natural circumstances.

He reassured everybody that the authority concerned is conducting
round-the-clock monitor of the situation, noting that it was
announcing whatever development in detail and in complete
transparency.
