Prince Khalid Al-Faisal receives Jordan`s Tourism Minister

Makkah, June 13, SPA -- Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, the Governor of
Makkah region, received here today Jordanian Minister of Tourism and
Antiquities Maha Al-Khateeb and the accompanying delegation.

They reviewed aspects of cooperation in the tourism sector.

Maha Al-Khateeb, who is the current chairwoman of the 11th session
of the Arab Ministerial Council for Tourism, briefed Prince Khalid on
the Council’s plans and strategies as well as cooperation with the
Arab tourism organization in all tourism domains notably in the
domain of training.

Meanwhile, Maha al-Khateeb reiterated that the Saudi investments
constitute one of the biggest investments in the tourism domain in
Jordan.

She expressed appreciation for hosting the venue of the Arab
organization for Tourism by Saudi Arabia.
