Trial for accused of harming unity begins



SANA'A, June 14 (Saba) - Court of First Instance began its trail on
Sunday for the accused Hussein Zaid Aqil Bin Yahya on committing
criminal acts against the nation including threatening national
unity and inciting secessionism.

During the hearing, prosecutor charged Bin Yahya with violating the
constitution in order to undermine national unity and inciting
violence acts aiming to disturb the social peace.

The hearing was adjourned until June 28th, when prosecution should
present further evidences against Bin Yahya and to allow him to
bring a lawyer.

It is worth to mention that beside Bin Yahya, Fadi Ahmed Hassan Baom
and Qasim Jobran also appeared in Yemeni courts and accused for same
charges related to threatening the country's unity.
