Police capture African immigrants
SANA'A, June 15 (Saba) - Security forces in Harad outlet in Hajjah
province said that they have captured 151 Somali refugees, including
31 women and 9 children, while they were trying to enter Yemeni
shores illegally through international waters.
According to the Interior Ministry, the refugees also include eight
Nigerians, four Chadians, one Ethiopian and one Omani, in addition
to 137 Sudanese.
The refugees were landed to Yemeni coastlines in order to sneak to
Saudi Arabia lands through Yemeni boarders.
Meanwhile, Thubab Coast in Taiz province has received 84 Somali
refugees, including 36 women, whom were gathered to be sent to
Kharaz camp in Lahj province .
