10th group of Bani Husheish armed gang appears in court

SANA'A, 16 June (Saba) - The 10th group of Bani Husheish armed
gang, including 12 persons, brought to Primary Specialized Penal
Court on Tuesday.

In the session presided over by Redhwan al-Namer, the court listened
to the indictment and a list of evidences.

The indictment included charges of forming an armed gang for
carrying out collective crimes and plotting plans to kill, bomb and
execute sabotage acts as well as endangering the homeland's security
and stability during 2008.

The court adjourned the prosecution to June 30th to discuss the
evidences presented by the prosecution.

This is the tenth group of Bani Husheish armed gang. The gang
includes over 130 persons have begun appearing in court since last
April.

Bani Husheish district of Sana'a governorate has witnessed in 2008
sabotage and criminal acts resulted in killing a number of the
district citizens and the army individuals by outlaw elements.
