AZERBAIJAN, POLAND DISCUSS INTERPARLIAMENTARY COOPERATION

Baku, June 17 (AzerTAc). Chairman of the Azerbaijan Parliament`s Standing Committee on International and Inter-Parliamentary Relations Samad Seyidov met visiting head of a working group on Poland-Azerbaijan inter-parliamentary ties at the Polish Sejm Vieslav Voda to discuss prospects for expanding interparliamentary cooperation.
Seyidov said there is great potential to boost relations between the two countries` parliaments.
Voda said Poland is interested in developing relations with Azerbaijan.
The Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh was also discussed, and Voda said official Warsaw supports Azerbaijan`s territorial integrity.
