Yemen, Total review explanation, productive works

SANA'A, June 17 (Saba) - Yemen and Total discussed here on Wednesday
the work progress of the company's explorative, productive and
development activities of the company.

Prime Minister Ali Mujawar reviewed with the TOTAL company vice
president for Middle East Bernard Kellner several issues pertaining
to the Yemen Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) project.

Total vice president briefed the Premier on the company's
development activities that assist in increasing the daily
production with 10,000 oil barrels, affirming the company's program
aims to add another 10,000 barrels by the end of 2009 to reach
60,000 barrels per day.

He indicated to the current operative works in Belhaf station under
the preparation operation to launch LNG project.

Mujawar renewed the government's keenness on enhancing the suitable
environment to succeed the investment activities for all companies
working in oil sector.
