Foreign Minister’s certificate of merit

Washington (VNA) – Phan Anh Tai, a Vietnamese national in Virginia State of
the US , has been bestowed with the Vietnamese Foreign Minister’s certificate
of merit for his contributions to the homeland construction.

Tai is a key member and a administrator of the Vietnamforum and Vietnambiz websites
- a forum to gather opinions of overseas Vietnamese in the US to build Vietnam
and disseminate information on Vietnamese laws.

Tai and his wife have used their private house for raising fund to help flood-hit
people in the homeland and organising cultural activities of the Vietnamese
community in the US .

Two other Vietnamese nationals, one in California and another in Texas , also
received similar certificates of merit.-Enditem
