ROUNDTABLE MEETING ON AZERBAIJAN-ISRAEL RELATIONS HELD IN BAKU
Baku, June 19 (AzerTAc). A roundtable meeting on Azerbaijan-Israel relationship in the context of modern regional geopolitics was held Friday in the Strategic Research Center under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Attending the event, Israeli Ambassador to the country Arthur Lenk spoke of relations between Azerbaijan and Israel.
The diplomat said Azerbaijan was a strategic partner of Israel. He noted bilateral cooperation in political, economic, education, cultural and other spheres were developing.
According to the Ambassador, his country supports peace, security and stability in the South Caucasus.
Touching upon the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Arthur Lenk said Israel supports Azerbaijan`s territorial integrity.
