Chairman of Presidential Leadership Council of Yemen receives Foreign Minister

New York, Sept. 20 (BNA): Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council of the Republic of Yemen, President, received Dr. Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al Zayani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, on the sidelines of the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 78).

Dr. Al Alimi requested Dr. Al Zayani to convey his greetings to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

The president wished Bahrain further success and prosperity.

He also praised Bahrain’s support for Yemen’s security and stability and highlighted the ties between the two countries and their close cooperation in various domains.

Dr. Al Zayani conveyed the greeting of HM King Hamad, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to the President, as well as their wishes for Yemen and its people's further progress and prosperity.

The Minister expressed his pride in the level of strong bilateral relations and their growth in various fields.

He affirmed Bahrain's commitment to further enhance these relations and wished Yemen security and stability.
