Doha, October 09 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to HE Prime Minister of the Republic of Uganda Robinah Nabbanja on the anniversary of her country's Independence Day. (QNA)
