Youth Minister, Indian Ambassador discuss cooperation

Manama, Nov. 1 (BNA): Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, received Vinod Kurian Jacob, the newly appointed Indian Ambassador to Bahrain.

The meeting discussed ways to strengthen cooperation, particularly in the youth sector through providing joint programs and initiatives.

The minister praised the deep longstanding Bahraini-Indian relations, wishing the Indian Ambassador success in carrying out his duties.

The ambassador affirmed his country's keenness to expand bilateral cooperation.
