Qatar Participates in Future Investment Initiative Forum

 

 

Riyadh, October 25 (QNA) - The State of Qatar participated in the seventh edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII) Forum, held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

HE Minister of Finance Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari headed the Qatari delegation.

As part of his participation, HE the Minister of Finance attended several dialogue sessions about investments that aim to achieve the greatest benefit to humanity. The sessions also discussed nurturing and enabling ideas to solve the world's most urgent challenges through advanced and sustainable technologies.

Under this year's theme, "The New Compass," the FII Forum is deemed a powerful platform to discuss different topics, including the macroeconomic challenges the world is facing nowadays.

  The three-day event will witness the participation and presence of world leaders, major industrial companies, investors, innovators, and policymakers.

Several government officials, along with the private sector and academia from around the world, will participate in the forum to discuss multiple relevant topics - including artificial intelligence, education, healthcare, robotics, and sustainability - to make a positive impact on humanity. (QNA)
