Doha, November 12 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HE Nadir Larbaoui  on the occasion of his appointment as Prime Minister of the sisterly People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria. (QNA)
