QNA Organizes Training Workshop on "Companies Law in Qatar"

Doha, November 14 (QNA) - The Qatar News Agency (QNA) organized on Tuesday a training workshop titled "Companies Law in the State of Qatar" in collaboration with the Binhindi Law Firm for advocacy and legal consultations.
This workshop, held at the agency's headquarters with the participation of 20 employees from QNA, is part of a series of courses aimed at training its media staff and enhancing their expertise in legal aspects.
The workshop aims to develop the participants' capabilities and acquaint them with the company establishment law in the State of Qatar, as well as the legal framework regulating the operation of these companies in the country. Additionally, it provides practical models related to companies and highlights the challenges they face.
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Founder of Binhindi Law Firm Hamad Al Mannai stated that the lecture presented during the workshop is part of the social responsibility of the office, aiming to raise awareness among participants about the risks and issues related to companies, their types, and their responsibilities to third parties.
Al Mannai emphasized the importance of such opportunities to reach various segments of society, shedding light on and clarifying some ambiguous points associated with establishing companies in the country. (QNA)
