HM King congratulates Latvian President on Independence Day

Manama, Nov. 17 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs, on his country's Independence Day.

His Majesty the King wished President Rinkēvičs abundant health and happiness on the national occasion.
