HM King holds call with HH Amir of Qatar

Manama, Nov.17 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today held a telephone call with His Highness Shaikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of the State of Qatar.

HM the King and HH Shaikh Tamim reviewed the fraternal relations between the two countries, and ways to further strengthen them across various fields, stressing their resolve to continue developing aspects of bilateral cooperation to meet the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.

HM King Hamad asserted that the visit of Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister, whom he met here today, in addition to the “fruitful” talks held between His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, with the Qatari senior official, will contribute to enhancing joint action in all fields and broadening bilateral integration and cooperation, which will benefit the two countries and their peoples.
