National Exhibition of Sci-Tech Achievements in Public Health-2023 Opens

Pyongyang, November 15 (KCNA) -- The National Exhibition of Sci-Tech Achievements in Public Health-2023 opened with due ceremony at the Sci-Tech Complex on November 14.

On display at the exhibition are data on more than 1 440 sci-tech achievements and more than 1 060 kinds of medicines, medical appliances, health foods, hygienic goods and public health information technology products.

Present at the ceremony were Vice-Premier Jon Sung Guk, Department Director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea Choe Tong Myong, officials concerned, scientists, technicians and members of the three-revolution teams.

Choe Kyong Chol, minister of Public Health, made an opening address.

During the exhibition, there will be a sci-tech presentation and exchange of intellectual products, divided into the panels of hygiene and anti-epidemics, Koryo medicine, pharmacy, basic medicine, surgery, internal medicine, medical biology and medical appliances. -0-
