HH National Security Advisor meets UK officials

Manama, Nov. 18 (BNA): Lieutenant-General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor, Royal Guard Commander, today met Lord Tariq Ahmad, Minister of State for the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia and United Nations at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, Air Marshal Martin Elliot Sampson, UK Defence Senior Advisor to the Middle East and North Africa, and Admiral Sir Antony David Radakin, who are on visit to the kingdom to participate in the 19th edition of the IISS-Manama Dialogue.

HH Shaikh Nasser and the UK delegation discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation, within the framework of the strategic relations between the two kingdoms. They also expressed opinions on the main regional and global issues.

HH the National Security Advisor appreciated the solid Bahrain-UK relations, commending the efforts exerted by the UK to support regional security and stability.
